Role Summary

Develop AI capabilities that enable automated document scanning, employee identity validation, and workflow automation across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for document extraction and reasoning.
- Design workflows that match employee data across ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.
- Develop classification, entity extraction, and document understanding models.
- Evaluate model accuracy and deploy AI pipelines to production.
- Implement guardrails, RAG, and prompt engineering for reliability.
- Work closely with backend and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills

- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI,etc.).
- Robust Python skills (Transformers, LangChain, Pydantic, FastAPI).
- Hands-on with OCR/document AI libraries (Azure Form Recognizer, Tesseract, AWS Textract).
- Knowledge of vector databases & embeddings (AI Search).
- Experience building RAG or agentic workflows.
- Understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI.
