Management Trainee – Client Operations (Wealth Management)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

· Assist in onboarding clients for Transaction and Advisory services.

· Support account opening and documentation for Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

· Coordinate online and physical onboarding processes while ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

Data Management

· Maintain accurate client and investment records in the Investwell software.

· Upload, update, and reconcile transaction data received from various investment partners.

· Perform manual data uploads where required and ensure all records are complete and error-free.

Client Reporting

· Prepare and share client portfolio reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of portfolio status and investment details.

· Assist in preparing MIS and operational reports as required.

Operational Support

· Coordinate with internal teams and investment partners to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.

· Maintain organized client documentation and records.

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all operational activities.

Who We're Looking For





· Fresh graduate in BBA / BMS / BAF / B.Com (Finance) or a related discipline.

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent spoken English proficiency is mandatory.

· Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a high level of ownership.

· Interest in building a career in Wealth Management and Financial Services.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
