Reliant Institute of Logistics is hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Kacheripady, Kochi branch. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and can convert enquiries into admissions. We're looking for the right attitude, strong verbal skills, and a genuine interest in counselling and sales.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student/parent enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads
- Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions in the CRM/register
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the centre
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counselling sessions
- Coordinate with the academic team for class schedules and student onboarding

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 2years of experience in counselling, sales, or telecalling
- Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam and English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet use)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
