Educational Background : Graduates / B.Sc.(IT) / GNIIT
Additional qualification : SQL/Testing certification
Experience : 0 to 1 years
Job Location : empronc HO, client sites (onsite stints of 6 months & above) in Mumbai. Candidates residing near Western Line, Mumbai preferred
Responsibilities :
- Functional/ Application Support and training to customers (on-site or off-site)
- Replication of errors reported by client
- Reporting of defects and patch management process
- Preparation, execution and reporting of test cases
- MIS Creation & Reporting
Essential Skills :
- Working knowledge of MS Office & SQL.
- Basic Understanding of Dot Net Framework.
- Functional Testing
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in software features
- Organized & Teamwork.
