Position: Business Development Manager [Marketing & Proposal]

Travelling: Business generation requires to meet the prospective clients for site visits and understand their requirements, therefore travelling is an integral part of the job profile which may require Local and outstation travel.

Job description:

· Build marketing plans for smooth marketing.

· Lead generation / timely follow up / sending emails / attend meetings & conferences / seminars / exhibition.

· Handling social media marketing / blogs / write up.

· Make proposals & quotations for clients as per their requirements.

· Create monthly reports of marketing.

· Visit sites for preliminary probing and intent & technical evaluation.

· Maintain records and CRM data.

· Client onboarding.

Job Qualification:

· B.E./B.Tech. in Environmental, Chemical Civil, Mechanical, Electrical / MBA in Sales & Marketing.





· Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing of water and wastewater plants or allied fields. For Graduate candidates.

.Min 1 year experience for MBA candidates.

· Good communication skills.

· Should be valuable in written or verbal- English or Gujarati communications.

· Good in MS office skills.

· Smart personality.

Preferred:

· Use of AI.

· Excellent command of the English language; verbal and written.

Salary:

CTC: Rs. 30K to 50K [Depends on the skills, personality & performance at the Interview].
