We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals who want to gain practical experience in event management, operations, team coordination, and business execution while continuing their studies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate cartoon mascot bookings and event schedules
- Ensure timely order fulfillment for customer events
- Manage mascot costumes, accessories, and event materials
- Coordinate costume cleaning, upkeep, repair, and maintenance
- Recruit and build a team of college students who can work as part-time mascot performers
- Manage performer availability and event assignments
- Support smooth execution of events across the city
- Communicate with customers, performers, and the Toywala team
- Ensure high-quality customer experience at every event
