About the Company

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction and real estate company specializing in residential, commercial, villa, apartment, and turnkey construction projects. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, digital platforms, references, and field marketing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Promote the company's residential, commercial, villa, apartment, and construction services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, consultants, channel partners, and brokers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with the technical team.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution after sales.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Interior Design, or Infrastructure Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply (Junior positions).
