We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, maintain strong customer relationships, and promote stock broking and investment products. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, references, and digital leads.
- Open Demat and Trading accounts.
- Cross-sell financial products including:
- Mutual Funds
- SIPs
- IPOs
- Bonds
- Insurance
- PMS & AIF (where applicable)
- Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase trading volume.
- Provide market updates and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients with trading platform usage.
- Coordinate with the dealing desk and customer support team.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and company policies.
- Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Resolve customer queries promptly.
