Major Responsibilities

- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets based on project specifications and contract requirements.
- Prepare and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6 OR MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans to meet project milestones.
- Perform resource planning, resource loading, and optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Handle BOQ preparation, quantity verification, billing, and QS-related activities.
- Monitor quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Conduct site progress reviews and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related requirements.
- Attend project meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting.




- Ensure completion of projects within approved timelines and budgets.

HSE Responsibilities

- Comply with all Bureau Veritas Cardinal Safety Rules in every situation.
- Follow company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable local regulations.
- Take responsibility for personal health and safety, as well as that of colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Immediately report incidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe work practices to reporting managers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environment.

Qualification, Experience & Technical Knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Planning, Quality Assurance, and QS Engineering.
- Mandatory experience in PMC projects and high-rise commercial or residential buildings (G+15 and above).
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in baseline scheduling, recovery planning, resource loading, and project monitoring.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity surveying activities.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other civil engineering software tools.

Skills & Qualities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare and present project reports and MIS dashboards.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project setting and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
