Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics to students using engaging and activity-based methods.

Prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

Foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning skills.

Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and examinations.

Evaluate answer scripts and maintain accurate academic records.

Identify and provide additional support to slow learners and enrichment for advanced learners.

Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom setting.

Integrate technology and teaching aids to enhance learning.

Communicate students' progress to parents during PTMs and through regular updates.

Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training programmes.

Complete all assigned academic documentation, including lesson plans, attendance, report cards, and assessment records, on time.

Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school.

Qualification





Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related subject.

B.Ed. from a recognized institution (preferred).

CTET/STET qualification is desirable.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).

Skills Required

Strong command of Mathematics and CBSE curriculum.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for different learning levels.

Proficiency in using computers, smart boards, and educational technology.

Good organisational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Working Hours

As per the school's rules and academic calendar.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and school norms.
