Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The role involves working closely with development, DevOps, and data teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, with a solid focus on automation, CI/CD, and cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Deploy and manage applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized platforms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks for analytics and machine learning workloads.




- Work extensively with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM Templates.
- Ensure cloud security, governance, compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and cross-functional teams for deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Develop automation scripts and backend components using Python or Java.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Backend Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
- Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, or Big Data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security, Governance, and Cost Optimization.
- Prior experience working on enterprise-scale cloud deployments.
