Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead / Team Lead to join our in-office GDC Noida delivery team, supporting complex enterprise transformation programs for U.S.-based clients.

This is a hands-on, outcome-driven leadership role in a startup environment, where you will wear multiple hats—leading technical delivery, building solutions, mentoring teams, and actively contributing to how we scale our AI-enabled delivery capabilities.

You are expected to operate not just as a lead, but as a builder, taking ownership from design through production while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Hands-On Delivery

· Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned projects or workstreams with clear ownership of outcomes.

· Translate solution architecture into executable technical designs and working systems.

· Remain actively hands-on:

o Designing, building, debugging, and optimizing solutions

o Reviewing code, integrations, and data pipelines

· Ensure solutions are:

o Scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready

· Take accountability for delivery outcomes, including:

o Performance, reliability, and business alignment

AI-Enabled Engineering & Delivery

· Leverage AI tools to:

o Accelerate development (code generation, debugging, documentation)

o Improve testing, validation, and defect detection

o Automate repetitive engineering and integration tasks

· Contribute to building AI-assisted delivery frameworks, including:

o Intelligent accelerators

o Reusable components

o Automation-first engineering practices

· Drive adoption of AI in day-to-day engineering workflows across the team





Team Leadership & Mentorship

· Lead and mentor developers, integration engineers, or data engineers

· Allocate work and ensure high-quality, timely execution

· Coach teams on:

o Engineering best practices

o Integration patterns

o Scalable architecture thinking

· Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership and outcomes

Startup Mindset & Ownership

- Operate with a builder mindset, stepping beyond defined role boundaries
- Contribute to:
- Internal tools, accelerators, and frameworks

- Support pre-sales by:
- Providing technical inputs

- Ensure:
- Observability, monitoring, and error handling
- Long-term maintainability and supportability

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

- 6–10 years in software development, integration, or data engineering
- 1–3+ years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in consulting environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Technical Skills (One or More Areas)

- Integration & APIs (REST/SOAP, event-driven architectures, iPaaS)
- Data platforms, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems
- Enterprise systems (ERP, PIM, DAM, CDP, or custom platforms)
- Strong understanding of:
- Integration patterns
- Error handling
- System observability

AI & Up-to-date Engineering Mindset

- Exposure to or strong interest in:
- AI-assisted development tools




- Automation-first engineering practices
- Ability to adopt and scale AI-driven delivery approaches

Leadership & Communication

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Experience with enterprise clients (retail, manufacturing, consumer goods)
- Exposure to ERP ecosystems (JDE, SAP, Oracle)
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in architecture reviews or governance forums
- Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution estimation

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
