1. Social Media Management

· Manage and maintain the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

· Schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media content.

· Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

· Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

2. Content Strategy & Planning

· Build monthly social media content calendars.

· Create platform-specific content strategies.

· Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats.

· Develop engaging captions, reels, stories, and interactive content.

3. Content Creation & Campaign Execution

· Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create high-quality content.

· Support the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.* Ensure content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

· Assist in influencer collaborations and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.

4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

· Track key performance metrics across social media platforms.

· Analyze engagement, reach, impressions,



and audience insights.

· Recommend improvements based on content performance.

· Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

5. Community Management

· Build and nurture online communities through regular interaction.

· Monitor audience feedback and escalate concerns when required.

· Maintain positive relationships with customers and followers.

6. Collaboration & Social Media Operations

· Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams.

· Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and content creators.

· Manage the social media content pipeline and publishing schedule.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
