Job Type: Internship (3 Months)
Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Post and manage job advertisements on multiple job portals.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA (HR or related field preferred).




- Tech-savvy with familiarity using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment and HR.
