General Manager – Business Development

About Us

Keerthi Pumps is a leading manufacturer of industrial centrifugal pumps serving customers across India and international markets. We specialize in process pumps, slurry pumps, ANSI and ISO standard pumps, supplying industries such as water, wastewater, power, mining, chemicals, and paper.

As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced General Manager – Business Development to lead our commercial operations and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead domestic and international business development activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand dealer, distributor, and OEM networks.
- Drive export business and identify current market opportunities.
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate major contracts.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Oversee CRM implementation, lead management, and sales reporting.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve commercial performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in industrial product sales or business development.
- Experience in pumps, valves, rotating equipment, or other industrial machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving business growth.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally.

Compensation

Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience and performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
