MHomes Resort is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle guest interactions smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and phone calls
- Manage reservations through online booking platforms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- Manage billing, payments, and basic records
- Support daily front office operations

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts




- Prior hotel/resort experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of hospitality etiquette
- Experience with booking platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb
- WhatsApp and customer handling skills
- Problem-solving attitude
