Job Responsibilities

1. Coordination with plant stakeholders for budget preparation at WBS level with relevant data

2. Verify workings & rationale for the proposed numbers. Uploading approved budgets in respective WBS.

3. Preparation of monthly budget utilisation report at WBS and activity level & sharing with respective plant head.

4. Discussion and resolution with stakeholders for action plans where cost is adverse against budget

5. Consolidation of plant related provisions at BAL level and share with HO team

6.



Monitoring actual spend against provision given to check accuracy of provisions month on month basis

7. Active participation for rate negotiation in areas like cateen, transport, car hiring etc.

8. Verify rate service contract renewal workings for any changes like due to revision in minimum wages, fuel rate

9. Scrap Auction & Monitoring - Rate analysis, help scrap committee to close the transaction

10. Purchase Order verification & release (F1 and F2 release)

11. Assist and resolving issues related to Bill Passing, Material Data, Statutory Compliance, Export/Import Matters

12. Co-ordinating with tax team for preparation / submission of replies to tax assessment related notices / matters
