We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Production Engineer to oversee fabrication and manufacturing activities at our Mehsana facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor supervision, manpower management, process optimization, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise day-to-day production and fabrication activities

* Manage shop-floor operations, manpower allocation, and shift planning

* Coordinate production schedules and Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities

* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources

* Monitor production targets and implement corrective actions when required

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures

* Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Sales departments

* Monitor welding and fabrication activities to ensure quality workmanship

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing practices

* Maintain production records, reports,



and operational documentation

* Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace discipline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

* 2–5 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations

* Experience in shop-floor supervision and production management

* Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)

* Understanding of fabrication and welding processes

TECHNICAL SKILLS

* Knowledge of Welding Processes (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW)

* Production Planning & Scheduling

* Shop-Floor Management

* ISO 9001 Standards

* Lean Manufacturing Tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM)

* Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement

* Manpower and Resource Planning

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
