We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, front-end architecture, and performance optimization, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)




- Robust understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and performance tuning
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices

Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in React.js development

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
