- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers in accounting software.
- Maintain daily accounting records and books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and record keeping.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and financial documents.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and other departments for invoice-related matters.
- Assist senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform general office and accounting support tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
