Job Description

- 1.SAP Leadership:
- oLead the SAP Functional Modules like Sales Distribution, Finance & Controlling, MM , PM, PP including , Month end and Year end closing activities, DCD, vendor portal, bank integrations etc.) and manage a cross-functional team of SAP experts.
- oDevelop and execute the SAP strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- oEnsure the alignment of SAP processes with business requirements across different departments.
- oOversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and others.
- 2.Project Management:
- oDrive SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
- oCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- oEnsure the successful completion of SAP-related projects within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
- oManage risks and issues related to SAP projects and provide proactive solutions.
- 3.Team Development:
- oBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- oDevelop training programs to enhance SAP skill sets across the organization.
- 4.Process Optimization & Support:
- oContinuously assess and improve SAP workflows, ensuring maximum system efficiency and business benefit.
- oWork closely with business process owners to drive process improvements and best practices.




- oManage the ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and operational disruptions.
- 5.Stakeholder Engagement:
- oAct as the key liaison between the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure SAP systems meet business requirements and deliver value.
- oConduct regular business reviews with senior leadership to provide status updates on SAP projects and performance metric
- - Experience:

- oMinimum of 15-20 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, and optimization, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- oStrong expertise in SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO) and integrated business processes.3.
- Technical Expertise:
- oKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and other third-party business applications.
- oFamiliarity with SAP security and compliance requirements.
- oExperience with SAP migrations, upgrades, and system optimizations.
- - Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
