Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive / Senior Purchase Executive with 6Months – 15 years of experience in purchasing building and construction materials. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in procurement, vendor management, price negotiation, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure building and construction materials such as cement, steel, bricks, sand, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, electrical, plumbing, hardware, paints, and finishing materials.
- Source and develop reliable vendors for construction materials.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stores for material planning and procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Track deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Verify invoices,



delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of building and construction materials.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 6Monnths –15 years of experience in procurement of building/construction materials.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate companies is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
