Job Description – Purchase Coordinator (In-House)

Position: Purchase Coordinator (In-House)

Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Location: Thane (Candidates from Thane, Kalwa, Mulund, Nahur & nearby areas preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the complete purchase process for the organisation.
- Identify, negotiate and coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries and pending orders.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation and vendor database.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely procurement without affecting operational requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors through calls, emails and WhatsApp.

- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Candidates residing in Thane, Kalwa, Mulund, Nahur or nearby locations will be given preference.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
