- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
