Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharm D – Physician Assistant to support doctors in patient care, medication management, clinical coordination, and medical documentation within the hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physicians during patient consultations and clinical procedures
- Review patient medical history, medications, and treatment plans
- Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to physicians
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, and pharmacy departments
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support prescription review and medication safety practices
- Assist in patient education regarding treatment and medication adherence
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical case discussions
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) qualification from a recognized institution
- 0–3 years of experience in hospital or clinical practice preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratiaxvely in a healthcare team
- Basic computer knowledge and medical documentation skills
- Knowledge of hospital information systems is an added advantage
