Job Description :-

- 15-20 years of experience in high-rise residential projects (minimum one project of 25+ floors handled end-to-end with a reputed developer or top-tier contractor/PMC)
- Strong pre-construction experience including project planning, budgeting, tendering, and contract finalization for residential high-rise projects

Hands-on expertise in preparing and re-baselining project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, with clear milestones and resource loadingProven track record of managing and improving subcontractor performance through clear scopes, KPIs, and review mechanismsDemonstrated experience in project cost control, monthly cost tracking, and coordination with contracts/procurement for value engineeringAbility to standardize and drive project reporting cadence (MIS, dashboards, progress reviews) for senior management and stakeholdersStrong coordination skills with design consultants (architect, structural, MEP) to close technical queries, RFIs,



and client variations during pre-constructionGood written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi for stakeholder management and documentation

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹20,000,000.00 per year
