Roles and Responsibilities
- Quality reviews at every phase of customer implementations solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, cutover readiness, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Phase-gate quality signoffs no implementation moves forward without your review and approval at defined checkpoints.
- Review of key implementation artifacts design documents, configuration workbooks, data migration plans, integration specs, test plans, UAT results, and cutover runbooks.
- Identifying quality risks early surfacing issues to Project Managers and delivery leadership with explicit, prioritized recommendations.
- Audit of adherence to delivery methodology, standards, and best practices across every active program.
- Tracking and reporting quality metrics across the implementation portfolio- defect leakage, rework rate, customer-reported issues, go-live readiness scores to delivery and executive leadership.
- Coaching and training implementation teams on quality standards, review checklists, and quality-first delivery practices.
- Leading and growing a small team of quality reviewers; setting their review cadence, building their judgment, and developing their careers.
- Embedding AI into how quality reviews get done using LLMs and AI tools to review documentation, scan configurations for risks, generate audit checklists, summarize findings, and scale the team's review capacity.
- Continuously refining the quality review framework checklists, gates,
escalation paths so each implementation makes the next one stronger.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years in enterprise software implementations or delivery, with at least 2–3 years in a quality, audit, governance, or PMO-quality role.
- Direct exposure to MDM, Data Governance, EAM, APM, CMMS, or comparable enterprise platforms and a good understanding of how implementations of these typically go right or wrong.
- Demonstrated ability to perform structured quality reviews: design reviews, code or configuration reviews, data quality reviews, UAT reviews, go-live readiness reviews.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns- SAP, Oracle, REST APIs, middleware, ETL.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your daily workflow and a clear point of view on how AI changes what a quality review function can do.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members; you take pride in raising the bar on those around you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; structured, calm under pressure, and trusted by senior stakeholders.
- Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
Good to Have
- ISTQB, CMMI, ITIL, Six Sigma, or equivalent quality/process certifications.
- Experience with industrial verticals (oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, manufacturing, utilities).
- Big 4 / SI experience on EAM, MDM, or ERP delivery programs.
