Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative Location: Greater Noida West Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries. Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable options. Conduct property site visits and project presentations. Follow up with prospective buyers until deal closure. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for documentation and booking. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales register. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and project information.



Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
