We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience who are looking to build their careers in a energetic and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, tax-related documentation, and management reports.




- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
