About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team on-site. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Write compelling captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Execute social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business goals.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, or startup brands.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
