Digital Jalebi is looking for a Museum Experience Operator to be our on-ground SPOC at the Shivappa Nayaka Palace Museum, Shivamogga.

You’ll be the bridge between history and technology — ensuring all interactive exhibits, digital displays, and tech installations run smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do:

Daily Operations: Power up, monitor, and shut down all interactive exhibits, touchscreens, projectors, and audio-visual systems.

First-Level Support: Troubleshoot basic tech issues with installations. Coordinate with DJ’s remote tech team for advanced support.

Visitor Assistance: Guide visitors on how to use interactive exhibits. Ensure the tech enhances their understanding of Shivappa Nayaka history.

Upkeep & Reporting: Maintain daily checklists, report malfunctions, and ensure the museum experience is glitch-free for visitors.

Single Point of Contact: Be DJ’s eyes and ears on-ground.



Liaise with museum authorities for day-to-day coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

Background: Bachelor’s degree in History, Archaeology, Museology, or related field. Freshers welcome.

Tech Comfort: Basic comfort with computers, AV equipment, and touchscreen systems. Training will be provided on our specific installations.

Skills: Good communication in Kannada + English. Problem-solving attitude.

Responsible & punctual.Mindset: Passion for history + curiosity for technology. You should love the idea of making history interactive for visitors.
