Key Responsibilities

- Guest Experience
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored solutions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between guests and internal departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalized services
- Service Excellence
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements
- Conduct regular feedback collection and analysis
- Train staff on guest interaction protocols and service standards
- Brand Representation
- Uphold the brand’s image and values in all guest interactions
- Promote loyalty programs, events, and services




- Ensure the lobby and guest areas reflect brand aesthetics and cleanliness

Excellent verbal and written skills in English (and local language)

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
