V'Sneek is a clothing brand with 5 retail stores across Punjab and Haryana. We're growing and hiring an ASM to own our store performance and expansion.
*Role*
- Manage sales and performance across all existing stores
- Track targets, drive revenue, fix gaps
- Manage and motivate store staff
- Coordinate with marketing on in-store and offline activities
- Scout and help set up new store locations as we expand
*You should have*
- 3 to 5 years in retail sales or store operations
- Experience handling multiple stores or a team
- Valuable knowledge of Punjab and Haryana markets
- Strong ownership mindset, no hand-holding needed
- Fashion or lifestyle brand background preferred
