- Support in handling customer complaints related to Colour masterbatches

Job Requirements

Education

- B.E.-Chemical,Degree or Diploma in Plastic Technology ,Graduate,CIPET in Plastic Technology

Skills & Knowledge

Necessary

- New product development.
- Knowledge of preparation of ISO Documentation
- Ensure Safe use of equipments.
- Train new employees to use safety guidelines and company standards.
- Customer complaint handling.
- Good Knowledge of Processing parameters.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem solving skills.

Preferred

- Knowledge of technical aspects of products and applications
- Worked on Spectrophotometer.

Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Pigment testing and colour matching.

Competencies

- Self Motivated
- Result oriented approach.
