Job Discerption:

- Lead the Building maintenance of plant facilities, Housekeeping , Gardening of all Plant Building .
- The candidate should have more than 7 years of experience in leading facility, Building maintenance operations in a similar role.
- The candidate should be capable of forecasting functional requirements and planning maintenance activities in a cost-optimized manner to minimize downtime and maximize equipment operational hours.
- The candidate must have a robust understanding of legal and statutory requirements related to plant expansions and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Coordinate with Production, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted building facility support in terms of Housekeeping, Gardening , Sustainability of Building operations.
- Conduct facility risk assessments and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, Government , and all applicable statutory regulations.
- Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.




- Monitor energy consumption and drive initiatives for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of new facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance activities, SOPs, permits, and statutory compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of all action items.
