• Industrial Relations, Union Management & Labour Laws
• Government & Local Authority Liaisoning
• Land-related matters and local stakeholder management
• Contract Labour & Statutory Compliance
• CSR & Community Relations
• Plant Security, Discipline & Crisis Management
? Graduate / MBA/MSW/ PGDBM; LLB qualification will be an added advantage
? 20–25 years of relevant experience
