- Track defects and ensure timely closure.
- Manage testing resources and test environments.
- Generate quality metrics and testing reports.
- Collaborate with Leapwork and Tricentis teams.

Required Skills

Experience: Minimum 12+ Years (8+ years in ERP Program Management)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation across multiple countries in Asia. The candidate will be responsible for overall program governance, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, risk management,



and successful execution of the ERP transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs.
- Manage multiple country rollouts simultaneously.
- Define program governance structure and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate with business leaders, implementation partners, and Microsoft.
- Manage program budget, scope, timeline, and risks.
- Drive steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodology and quality standards.
- Resolve cross-functional and cross-country escalations.
- Oversee change management and adoption activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- ERP Program Management experience.
- Multi-country rollout experience.
- Stakeholder and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing and Finance business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
- Experience managing programs across Asia-Pacific countries.
- Must have a valid passport.

Engagement Details:

- Tenure: Initial 6 months, extendable up to 12 months
- Interview Process: 2–3 rounds of MS Teams video interviews, including the client round
