Viable Outsource Solution is a growing outsourcing and consulting organization serving clients across the US, UK and other international markets. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and experience interacting with international clients.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site)

Shift: US Shift

Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 1-3 Years

- Candidates from Delhi NCR will be given preference.
- Only candidates with relevant experience in the required domain should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft skilled business emails and client communications.

• Handle outbound and inbound communication with international clients.

• Conduct client meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

• Understand client requirements and present company services effectively.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with potential clients.

• Prepare proposals, meeting summaries, and follow-up emails.





• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.

• Achieve monthly business development and client engagement targets.
