We at Coforge are seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and network security devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor network performance, availability, and utilization to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network faults, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support DC/DR network connectivity and ensure network readiness for disaster recovery operations.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution, hardware replacements, and technical support.
- Perform network configuration, upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with network security policies, standards, and operational procedures.




- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, operational reports, and audit records.
- Provide L2/L3 support and participate in 24x7 operational support as required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Network Monitoring Tools.
- Experience in network troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of DC/DR networking concepts and high-availability environments.
- Understanding of network security, firewall policies, and access control mechanisms.
- Familiarity with SLA-driven support environments and ITIL processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
