Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for IT solutions and software services
- Engage with inbound leads from Google Ads through follow-ups and product demos
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct software demonstrations for CRM, ERP, and website solutions
- Manage CRM software, track leads, and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports while participating in performance reviews
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, IT or a relevant discipline
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Required Skills
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet sales targets
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage
