Role Description Faculty members at GD Goenka Healthcare are responsible for designing and delivering curriculum, conducting lectures, seminars, and practical sessions, and assessing student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, mentoring students, providing academic guidance, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. Faculty are expected to participate in academic planning, contribute to program development, and support quality assurance and accreditation activities. Additional tasks may involve engaging in research or scholarly activities, collaborating with colleagues on institutional initiatives,



and attending departmental and institutional meetings. This is a full time, on-site role located in Bilaspur.
Qualifications

- Strong teaching, training, and classroom management skills, with the ability to facilitate interactive and practical learning in healthcare disciplines.
- Competence in curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and academic assessment, including designing exams, assignments, and evaluation rubrics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to mentor diverse learners, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with academic and clinical teams.
- Ability to integrate evidence-based practices, research findings, and industry standards into teaching and student projects.
- Proficiency in using educational technology, including learning management systems, digital content, and basic office software.
- Relevant academic qualifications in healthcare, medical sciences, nursing, allied health, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior teaching or clinical training experience in a healthcare or academic setting is highly desirable.
