Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Patna. The role includes promoting Edural Classes™ programs to students and parents, explaining course offerings, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process. The representative will conduct outreach activities, visit local schools and communities, organize seminars or counseling sessions, and maintain relationships with coaching centers and partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling inquiries, providing customer support, following up on leads, and achieving sales and admissions targets. The role also includes assisting with local marketing campaigns, collecting feedback from students and parents, and collaborating with the academic and operations teams to improve outreach and engagement.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive admissions, meet targets, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and informational meetings.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or coaching institute marketing and admissions is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Patna, travel locally for outreach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, messaging platforms) for lead management and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; demonstrated aptitude for sales and education outreach is highly valued.
