We're seeking a hands-on finance professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting/auditing and taxation while also leading and supervising a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, including return preparation, filing, and reconciliation
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of the accounting team, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies
- Identify process improvements to streamline accounting and reporting workflows
