Role Description

This is a full time remote role for an AI Marketing Expert. The AI Marketing Expert will design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, and performance forecasting. The role involves building and managing marketing automation workflows, integrating AI tools with CRM and analytics platforms, and continuously improving lead generation and customer acquisition funnels. The AI Marketing Expert will analyze campaign data, create dashboards and reports, and provide insights and recommendations to founders and leadership teams.



They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to test, refine, and scale marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and measurable growth outcomes.

Qualifications

- Experience in AI-driven marketing, including marketing automation, campaign optimization, and personalization using AI tools and platforms.
- Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and building dashboards and reports using analytics and BI tools.
- Background in digital marketing strategy, customer acquisition, funnel design, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, integration, workflow automation, and lead nurturing processes.
- Ability to design and run A/B tests, experiments, and iterative improvements across channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfort working directly with founders and leadership teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Experience with startups or SMEs, and familiarity with B2B consulting or professional services, is an advantage.
