POSITION OVERVIEW

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Paid Media who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. The role will primarily focus on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, while also supporting search, shopping, display, Performance Max, and Bing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, creative testing, lead generation, e-commerce sales campaigns, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities include:

- Create and manage campaigns for awareness, traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Work on campaign structure, audience segmentation, interest targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.




- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, banners, reels, videos, and carousel creatives.
- Run A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors, engaged users, abandoned carts, and past customers.
- Ensure proper Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking, and audience setup.
- Analyze funnel performance and suggest improvements in creatives, landing pages, and offers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Google Ads & Bing Ads

Support and manage paid search and other Google/Bing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Bing Search campaigns and basic optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and search term analysis.
- Test ad copies for search campaigns.
- Optimize bids, budgets, negative keywords, device, location, and audience targeting.
- Monitor Quality Score, impression share, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion performance.




- Coordinate with the team for product feeds, landing pages, and tracking issues.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio for analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Good understanding of paid media funnels, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or D2C campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
- Good understanding of creatives, ad copies, hooks, CTAs, and landing page performance.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience Required

2 to 4 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing.

Experience in managing Meta Ads is mandatory. Google Ads and Bing Ads experience will be an added advantage.
