Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Full-Stack Engineer to architect, develop, and scale our next-generation AI platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the key capabilities and associated AI infrastructure. You will design production-ready Agentic AI workflows with advanced tool-calling capabilities, manage robust cloud infrastructure, and optimize real-time, low-latency audio streams. We are looking for a self-motivated engineers possesses deep expertise over telephony stacks and Large Language Models (LLMs), who excel at root-cause analysis and can independently manage the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Architecture: Design and deploy advanced AI agents with RAG capabilities and Agentic AI systems utilizing tool calling and prompt tuning.

2. Real-time Voice Streaming: Build and optimize low-latency voice pipelines using WebRTC, WebSockets, NGINX, and modern voice stacks (e.g., LiveKit, Ultravox, ElevenLabs).

3. Full-Stack Development: Maintain and expand our core backend and frontend services using Python or Node.js.

4. Ownership: Independently manage the codebase via GitHub/Bitbucket, implement robust version control strategies, write automated tests, and oversee deployment via Docker or otherwise. 6. Debugging and Optimization: Use Chrome DevTools and server logs to isolate bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and systematically reduce latency across the entire AI/telephony stack.

5. API Development: Define and maintain strict API contracts using JSON and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications; manage integrations via webhooks.

Technical Skillset Required

1. Conversational and Voice AI (Core)

1.1. Deep understanding of Conversational AI agents and Agentic AI frameworks including context management and RAG capabilities

1.2. Hands-on experience with tool calling, function calling, and meticulous prompt tuning.

Experience with contemporary voice/audio infrastructure: LiveKit, Ultravox, ElevenLabs, and traditional telephony stacks.

1.4. Proven track record of engineering for latency reduction in real-time interactions.

2. Backend and Communication Protocols

2.1. Advanced proficiency in Python or Node.js for full-stack/backend development.

2.2. Strong mastery of real-time protocols: WebSockets and WebRTC.

2.3. Deep understanding of API contracts, Swagger (OpenAPI), JSON, and Webhooks.

2.4. Experience configuring NGINX for reverse proxying and handling streaming traffic.

3. Cloud and Database (Must possess basic familiarity of AWS)

3.1. AWS Cloud Platform: Competency in EC2, S3, SQS, and RDS management.

3.2. Containerization and CI/CD: Docker, advanced Git workflows (GitHub/BitBucket), and managing environment variables securely.

3.3. Linux Administration: Confident utilizing SSH, Bash scripting, Cron jobs, and basic Linux system competency for automation.

3.4. Databases: Strong SQL skills and experience handling Excel automation scripts for data processing.

4. Quality Assurance and Observability

4.1. Expertise in bug isolation, testing, and rigorous root-cause analysis (RCA).

4.2. Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for frontend and network debugging.

4.3. Implementation of robust monitoring and logging frameworks to track system health and AI performance.

1. End-to-End Ownership: Ability to independently manage a repository, make architectural decisions, and push code to production without constant oversight.

2. Analytical Mindset: A methodical approach to troubleshooting complex, asynchronous system failures.

3. Clear Communicator: Ability to define clean API contracts and document system architectures effectively.
