About the role

Our client, a leading Healthcare Marketing & Media organization, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to build AI-powered business applications and workflow automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage LLMs, AI-assisted development platforms, and SQL Server to modernize business processes in a quick-paced healthcare environment.

AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex business processes involving campaign targeting, provider matching, and business rule evaluation.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Build AI-powered business applications and workflow automation tools using Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
- Develop solutions for provider matching,



business rule evaluation, exception handling, and campaign qualification.
- Query, analyze, and integrate data from SQL Server and multiple enterprise systems.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI-driven solutions in a dynamic business environment.
- Document business processes and support modernization initiatives through practical AI automation.
- Independently drive technical solutions from concept through implementation.

Required Skills

- Strong Software Engineering or Solutions Engineering background.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered business applications and workflow automation tools.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including complex queries and data analysis.
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping skills.
- Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
