We are looking for an SEO Executive who can manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO basics, keyword research, content optimization, and website performance tracking for our clients.

Role Overview

The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving website visibility, search rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance. The ideal candidate should have a basic to strong understanding of SEO tools, keyword research, website audits, content optimization, backlink activities, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for websites, blogs, landing pages, and service pages
- Perform on-page SEO including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, URL optimization, internal linking, and image alt tags
- Optimize website content based on target keywords, search intent, and SEO best practices
- Support technical SEO audits including page speed, broken links, indexing issues, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and mobile usability
- Work on off-page SEO activities including backlink creation, directory submissions, guest posting support, business listings, and profile submissions
- Track and improve organic rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and website traffic
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers for SEO implementation
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports for clients




- Analyze competitor websites and identify SEO opportunities
- Optimize blogs and website pages for better ranking and user engagement
- Support local SEO activities including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO basics
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Good understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Ability to optimize website pages and blogs
- Basic knowledge of WordPress / Shopify CMS preferred
- Understanding of backlinks and off-page SEO activities
- Ability to prepare SEO reports and analyze performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and page speed
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Basic understanding of AI search, AEO, GEO, and content optimization for search visibility

Work Expectations

- Must be comfortable working from office in Dhanori, Pune
- Should be able to manage multiple client websites
- Should be proactive in finding SEO issues and improvement opportunities
- Should maintain proper SEO trackers and reports
