Key Responsibilities

1. Study and understand project scope, drawings, and specifications in detail.
2. Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and schedule.
3. Manage site manpower, including allocation, productivity tracking, and attendance.
4. Arrange and coordinate required materials, tools, and resources at site as per project requirements.
5. Handle site-related cash expenses and manage labour accommodation arrangements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies at site.
7. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site updates to the Project Engineer.
8. Coordinate with the client through the Project Engineer for work execution and issue resolution.
9. Verify labour attendance and manpower data, updating the HR team through the ERP system.
10. Support the project team in achieving timely completion of site works.

Qualifications and Experience

1. B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision.
3. Preferred experience in production, fabrication, or construction fields.
