— airport pick up and drop management

— alternate travel mode suggestions

— handling difficult visa cases





— assisting speakers with ticket reimbursements

— bargaining with travel and logistics vendors

— procurement for logistics related requirement

— budget keeping/tracking

— should have the capability of finding best rates with online vendors (MMT, Expedia, etc)

— liaison with venue and hotel teams

— liaisons with TEDxGateway speakers and teams

Location - Mumbai

Contractual Paid Engagement

Accepting candidates with prior experience (2-3 years min) with the above requirements.

Office Timings- 10am to 7pm
